DUBLIN, Ireland - A man in his late 30s has been arrested and is being detained at Pearse Street Garda Station, as the result of an ongoing investigation into drug dealing in Dublin.

Gardai attached to the Divisional Drugs Unit South Central, executed a warrant at a house in Dublin 15 on the Tuesday night this week.

During the course of the search of the house, officers located Diamorphine with an estimated street value of euro45,000, and other drugs paraphernalia which were seized.

The man who was arrested at the scenes brought before the Criminal Courts of Justice on Wednesday evening.

Gardai say the investigation is continuing.
