Third man fronts Limerick court over burglaries

CO LIMERICK, IRELAND - A man in his 20s appeared in Limerick District Court on Saturday after being arrested as part of an investigation into domestic and commercial burglary incidents carried out by an organised crime group in the Limerick area since the beginning of the year.

The man was arrested on Wednesday night and detained at Henry Street Garda Station. He has been charged with several offences in relation to burglary, theft and other incidents that occurred throughout 2019.

Two other men, both aged in their 20s, were also arrested as part of the same investigation last month. They were both charged and appeared before Limerick District Court on 18 October 2019.
