DUBLIN, Ireland - No arrests have been made following the search and discovery of cannabis herb worth around €60,000 on Sunday.

The drugs were seized by officers following a search of Darndale Park, Dublin 17.

The search was instigated by garda investigating the sale and supply of controlled drugs in the Santry District area of Dublin.

Members from the Divisional Crime Task Force Santry assisted by uniform members from Coolock carried out the searches and discovered three large bags containing cannabis herb hidden along a hedgerow in the park.

Gardai say they are continuing their investigation of the matter.
