DUBLIN, Ireland - A man in his 40s has been seriously injured following a collision between a bicycle and a truck in Kilmainham, Dublin 8, on Wednesday.
The incident occurred shortly after 11am on Con Colbert Road, prompting a response from Gardaí and emergency services. The cyclist was taken to St James's Hospital for treatment. No other injuries were reported.
The road was temporarily closed while emergency services attended the scene but has since reopened.
Gardaí have launched an investigation and are appealing to anyone who witnessed the collision or who may have relevant camera footage—particularly dash-cam recordings from the area between 10.15am and 11.15am—to come forward.
